Alpha Kappa Psi is a vibrant community of over 250,000 active members across the globe, with more than 200 collegiate chapters in the US, Canada, UK, and Hong Kong. Jane has dedicated nearly 15 years to volunteering in various roles, showcasing her commitment to the organization. Since 2021, she has served on the Board of Directors and currently holds the Chair position, demonstrating her leadership and passion for fostering growth within the fraternity.
Alpha Kappa Psi is a 501(c)7 and actively partners with the Commonwealth Leadership Alliance and the Alpha Kappa Psi Foundation. Our mission: To develop a diverse global community of courageous, principled business leaders with the capability to drive positive impact throughout their lifelong journey.

Jane has been instrumental in steering the organization’s Strategic Roadmap—designing and delivering initiatives that drive measurable impact. As Vice Chair, she championed stronger leadership pipelines, facilitated strategic planning sessions to keep the organization aligned, and refreshed strategic risk assessments to guide priorities for FY25–26, ensuring decisions were both sustainable and member-focused.

Bronze and Silver Distinguished Service Awards
Alpha Kappa Psi’s Distinguished Service Award (DSA) is the fraternity’s highest individual honor, reserved for members who have demonstrated outstanding and praiseworthy service to a chapter, region, the national fraternity, or its foundation.

Management Team
Jane led strategic development and operations for four regions, 50+ chapters, and 1,200+ student members. She built and mentored high-performing volunteer teams, achieving the only Area to meet all goals for 2019–20. Her work strengthened compliance, enhanced communication, and ensured chapters had the tools and training to thrive.
